YLF Challenge Chain: Okay, here we go...

We currently have 53 people participating in the Challenge Chain, not counting me (who will get the final challenge) and not counting Angie, who wants to be added in toward the end.

8. MaryK: plain white tee and blue jeans, made "you"
9. Carter: old outfits, recreated to show YLF style evolution
10. Sunee: challenge tabled; unable to reach Sunee
11. AviaMariah: has decided to sit this one out
12. JAileen: has decided to sit this one out
13. Karie: spring looks at the end of a long, brutal winter
14. Joy: outfits inspired by a recent trip to Ireland

I just went to the random number generator (http://www.random.org) and entered the range from 1 - 53. The number that was kicked out was... 35, which is deb!

So deb, you will be the first participant to receive a challenge, which will be devised by me. I need to go and read some of your posts to start formulating my challenge -- off to do that now...

Ornella, I think it keeps things simplest if each challenge gets its own thread. The challenge, the results, and the comments on the results can all be gathered together in that way.

I just posted deb's challenge, and I suggest a subject line convention that begins with "YLF Challenge Chain" and then says who's challenging whom. That way, people who want to skip those posts as well as people who really want to see all the challenges can locate them easily.

I think caro has a great idea. As you can edit the first post any time, you might keep adding links for each member's name as they complete the challenge (and maybe who it was from). That way this can become keepsake thread with all the info in one place.

Quick question: are we going to be challenging the person in the number after us or is that going to be random also?

Good question, AM -- it will all be randomly generated, so you won't know until it happens who you'll be challenging. As we go along, if someone's number comes up who's already done a challenge, I'll just generate another one until we get to a new participant.
