Okay, here goes! The instructions were "don't just cover up the pieces," so I forewent the toppers and scarves for the most part! Here is the new white tee with all four of my blue jeans!
1. Girls' Day Out with GAP boyfriends, Payless sandal booties, Talbots leopard belt and Topshop quilted clutch. I will definitely give this a whirl when the weather is a little warmer! In real life I would probably add my black leather jacket.
2. A trip to... what? Someplace outdoors. DKNY skinnies, Frye boots, GAP "straw" tote, and hat from an awesome hat store in San Diego. And my beloved Streets Ahead studded belt. I know it's a little seasonally confused but I kind of like it.
3. This is an attempt at Angie's flared jeans formula from today's blog post. Earnest Sewn flared jeans, Theory blazer, Jessica Simpson white pumps, Banana Republic satchel. In real life I'd change out the tee for a different top, I think. But it's not awful as is, I don't think.
4. Full Casual/Wouldn't Normally See The Light of Day look with my beloved light wash jeans and new Munro white loafers for a day of lounging around the Bachelorette Pad and maybe a quick trip to the supermarket.
I have to rush off to the gym but will try to do the alternate khakis/white shirt look later this evening.
Thanks, MuseumGal, for a fun challenge! You removed most of my "crutches" -- color, scarves, jackets, and it was interesting to see what I could do with what was left!
