OK! Sorry for taking so long...things have been incredibly hectic here. But I had a lot of fun with this challenge--great idea Carter! It's perfect for my life, because I have to transition from work to MOTG to evening and back all the time! I tweaked the challenge slightly, because it was hard to fit everything for the outfit unless I completely emptied out my purse, but then I wouldn't have room to fit all the stuff I need to carry with me. So instead I added to the challenge and made myself do MOTG and work and evening versions of all of the outfits.
Sunday was a perfect day to road test my first transitional outfit. DH was working nights this weekend so I had the kids to myself during the day. We were busy with DD attending a gymnastics birthday party while I took the boys to the park, then swimming for all 3 kiddos (I get in the pool with the baby), then we went to another park and played at the creek (baby loved throwing rocks into the water), then to the library (DD is a bookworm just like I was when I was her age!). Then DH and I went to a birthday party for one of our friends--it was adults only at a restaurant. Then he had to go into work while I went home to relieve the babysitter. Just another typical packed day for us!
I wore a dress that I bought at TJ Maxx for around $20. It's worked well for both pregnancy and postpartum:

For MOTG I wore it with a blue cardigan and black capri leggings and sandals. The blue and green bracelet echoes the bubbles on the dress, as do the polka dots on the bag and phone (don't you love the matching iPhone case and diaper bag?).
I didn't have to work that day, but threw in a work version (10-11) with blue blazer and blue and green satchel and low heeled pumps, because when I'm on call at the hospital I need comfy shoes and a big purse to hold all my stuff.
I did manage to fit the evening accessories into the diaper bag as per the challenge, but I didn't carry those around all day--I have too much baby/kid stuff in there, so there's no room for anything else!
For date night/evening, I swapped the shoes for my arty blue dragonfly pumps and a matching dragonfly cuff. Added the ALGO J Crew bubble necklace to echo the bubbles on the dress. And a blue and green clutch. Also with a black ruffle trench as the night was a bit chilly.
I think this one was the most successful transition...each version is definitely different. And it held up well to the road test!
