An amazing ruffle blouse on a long neck and dainty shoulder line. The drape and flounce are sublime. The rounded high-low hemline is gorgeous and the finish on the garment - French seams and double-edged hem - are the cherry on top. It runs very big so size down one or two sizes. I had to size down AND go petite in order for it to fit my narrow shoulders. The sleeves are bracelet length on me because I'm wearing a petite, which creates a Retro appeal.
