There were some fabulous bottoms at the sale, although they were initially hard to find because the NAS assortment seemed very “top and jacket heavy”. Here’s the final rundown.

Skirts

  • Halogen Ruffle Hem Pencil Skirt: An elegant skirt that's a good length for the office. On-trend and substantial fabric. Works well on a curvier and straighter body type. Beautiful with a tucked top. Chic.
  • Halogen Ponte Pencil Skirt: Sublime knitted tube skirt. Comfy. VERY substantial fabric. Works on most body types because it moulds to the body. Very flattering and slimming. Fitted, but not clingy. Dressy. Everyone who tried it on loved it. Back zipper detail is fab. Runs two sizes big. All the colours are nice.
  • Halogen Pleat Midi Skirt: Crisp architectural pleats that look amazing IF you have a top or jacket that works with the silhouette. Be careful that this skirt is not orphaned. Size down.
  • Vince Camuto Pin Dot Faux Wrap Skirt: An easy and comfortable tube skirt to wear with a looser top. Nice front vent detailing. Runs big. Great for travel.
  • Emerson Rose Plaid Pencil Skirt: A beautifully made graphic skirt for Team Tall. Great texture on the fabric.
  • Halogen Ruffle Hem Knit Skirt: Pretty flouncy skirt that might run a size big. Soft and comfy. Excellent swoosh as you stride. Nice with a shorter top and topper. Can absolutely be worn with dressy flats, and works as well on petites because of the tapered cut.

Pants

  • Halogen Kick Flare Knit Ankle Pants: Every client, across all body types, looked great in these cropped flares. The fit and very substantial fabric are magical because they mould to the body in a flattering way. Ideal for business casual. Not clingy. Forgiving and comfy. Good price. All the colours are nice.
  • Vince Crop Stretch Wool Pants: These work well on a rectangle, inverted triangle and apple-shaped body type. They work less well when you're curvy unless you're prepared to wear them slouchy.
  • Classiques Entier Stretch Flare Leg Suit Pants: Luxe fabric and a good fit on narrower thighs and a wider waist.
  • Boss Tulea3 Plaid Stretch Wool Suit Trousers: A good fit on a relatively curvy body type. Better on straighter figures.
  • NYDJ Stretch Knit Trousers: Excellent fit on a curvy body type with fuller thighs. But they work on narrow thighs and a wider midsection too. They mould to your body type quite magically. Particularly good on petites in a petite size. Extremely comfy. Size down.
  • Halogen Slim Ankle Pants: Great pants on a straighter figure, although they work on fuller hips and thighs if you're wider on the waist. Great graphic pattern.
  • Vince Crop Stretch Knit Trousers: Substantial Ponte pants that look fairly dressy. Size down, and better in the grey. Works on an assortment of body types.
  • NYDJ Stretch Knit Straight Leg Trousers: Excellent fit on a curvy body type and fuller thighs. But they work on narrow thighs and a wider midsection too. They mould to your body type quite magically. Particularly good on petites in a petite size. Extremely comfy. Size down.
  • Vince Camuto Stretch Twill Seamed Pants: Good fit on a curvy and straighter bottom half. The front seam detailing adds a dressy touch. Substantial fabric, and as fab in regular sizes. Size down.
  • Sejour Faux Leather Front Crop Leggings: Fab pair of mixed media super hero leggings to wear with dresses and tunics. Fun ankle zippers.
