I apologize for not reporting on my completed Whole 30 and results of such until now. Here are my other posts regarding my Whole 30 experience if you want to catch up.

As a result of how amazing I feel and the results achieved through my Whole 30 experience, I have become a Paleo eater and this will now be my lifestyle. Removing wheat, dairy and processed foods has been an eye opener and a life changer.
First the medical results:
- Eczema gone completely. I had about 10 days where the rash got worse but I simply cut back on eggs a bit and added more sweet potato and it disappeared. It has not returned.
- Sinus issue also completely gone. I have had sinus issues for YEARS and have now not taken any allergy medication in several weeks. And this is during what is normally a horrendous time of year for me with spring pollens everywhere. Even the lilac blooms aren't bothering me.
- I'm sleeping better than I have in ages. Through the night and waking rested.
- Inflammation in my bad knee - completely gone and NO PAIN!
- Medical tests at the end of the Whole 30 experiment show my insulin levels and leptin levels in the normal range. This is HUGE. It is both my insulin levels and leptin levels that have wreaked havoc on my health for approximately 10 years now. My endocrinologist is beyond thrilled and has asked the question I have asked "why would you go back to eating your old way?". My LH levels are still high but down some.
- I'm down 10 pounds and have lost 2.5 inches off my waist and 1.5 inches off my hips. I am fitting clothes that I haven't been able to do up in over a year. And this has all been achieved WITHOUT being hungry or even exercising.
- My skin and hair are healthier than ever - all those wonderful healthy oils are doing their job.
- Energy level higher than it's been in ages - and this has served me incredibly well over the last 5 weeks of stress.
