A new outfit from Veronica Popoiacu of Bittersweet Colours, whom we introduced to YLF in August 2013.

Veronica dresses up a very casual oversized turtleneck with dressier classic wide leg trousers in the shorter full length and pointy-toe pumps. I love the unexpected grey and forest green colour combo! The cosy dropped-shoulder turtleneck provides visual and textural interest with its ribbed hem and cuffs, high side slits, and high-low hemline. The asymmetrical silhouette and side slits also add structure and temper the volume. The woolen pumps add further texture, and echo the grey of the sweater. As is her wont, Veronica has the perfect bag to go with this elegant dressy look. She’s carrying the grey satchel in her hand like a clutch. It has green and blue trim which perfectly ties back to the palette of the outfit.
