A new outfit from Elle of Elle Blogs, whom we introduced to YLF in April 2015.

Elle has built this minimal and casual Fall outfit around a midaxi sweater dress in on-trend mocha brown. The calf length and relaxed fit create a modern slouchy silhouette without overwhelming her 5’2” frame. The vertical ribbed knit and subtle side slits draw the eye up and down and create vertical integrity. Elle has paired the cosy dress with white high-top platform Converse sneakers that add a sporty touch. The stripe on the sneaks cleverly echoes the stripe in the blue and white striped sweater nonchalantly draped over her shoulders. The neutral brown palette is continued in the straw tote with its dark brown handles. Oversized sunnies and Elle’s trademark red lipstick add glam polish.
