I was looking at the photos discussed in texstyle’s thread (https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....28#post-18.

I got very excited about the hair style of Brigitte Trogneux. I love her energetic, put together, mature, yet laid back hair style. Similar to her I have very thick hair with a lot of natural body, which are both good and bad things. Usually I wear my hair fairly long so that some of the volume collapses under its own weight, so that I am not obligated to blow dry it every time I wash it. Blow drying my thick, heavy hair is a time-consuming endeavor, and I am not in a phase of life where I have a lot of time for personal care.

I am also currently in the situation that my hairdresser has cut too many short layers into my hair, so I either need to grow it out, or do the chop chop. My hesitation is that if I go for a bob I am really going to need to blow dry it all the time. So maybe I am asking you to talk me out of it? Or talk me into it. One or the other.

Two other considerations. I am not happy with my hair dresser, so I need to find a new one. I have a job interview coming up, so I probably shouldn't do a big change before that, since it could be great, but it could also be disastrous. However, I am an impulsive chick at times.

Photos:

1.) The voluminous, straightish bob of Brigitte Trogneux
2.) Maybe 2015, wearing my hair very long, possible too long, and pregnant, by the way, but this is probably the lowest maintenance look for me.
3.) Current look on a rather good hair day for this cut. I did a lazy blow out. (Lazy for me is around 10 minutes.)
4.) Shows the natural, wavy texture.
