Boom! Just like that, the weather has shifted. Obviously I’ve heard of seasons, have lived in them before, but still, this was a very sudden change. Looking at extended forecasts, I don’t expect it to get much above 20 again this year.

When I get home this evening, I’ll have to figure out rain gear. Right now I’m just enjoying the warm wool vest, purchased at the same market where I later got the necklace.
