I’ve broken this into two pieces, with outfits and my final list of under 30 items here, and my reflections in a separate post. https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....st-1868027 I’ve gotten many comments and suggestions, and appreciate every one. Without them, I would’ve lost steam much earlier, so thank you for sticking with me.

Outfits / photos

A new jacket (although I’m not the first to have one, so it isn’t new here). I was excited to wear it, even before really figuring out outfits, so tossed something on quickly. Partway through this day, I realized I was wearing C (the jacket, blackberry shirt, and puff purse) P (the jacket) T (the boots, puff purse) S (necklace hidden behind the camera). I must be learning something here

A neutral outfit very similar to what I started out intending to avoid. The cranberry T-neck and light-colored footwear make a big difference, and I felt great. Even better, of course, with the vest. Next time I wear it, I want to add a necklace that works with the T-neck and thick cable-knit sweater.

A tonal match. This kind of color combination is new to me. I enjoyed wearing it.

I was worried about the jeggings with the “high” (2”) heels on the ankle boots. I think the sandals work better than the loafers, but have since gotten over my fear of how the boots look with them.

I felt so cozy early in the morning when I pulled on this outfit I’d laid out the night before. Wearing the racer back tank made it just the right amount of soft & warm. When I finally had a chance to see a mirror, though, I thought it made me much too wide. The racer back by itself was also not a win. Maybe untucked would be better. It has a fairly long, curved hem.

That’s my nightshirt peeking out from under the apron. Not every “undressed” day is this fab.

I like the long cardi with the dress better than with the capris. I’m not sure why that is. Overall, the dress was much easier to put on and made me feel much more fab than I expected. I got it for recovering from surgery, didn’t need it then and hadn’t pulled it out until now. I’m glad I pushed myself to wear it.

The bubble dress will make more appearances soon.

I’m not sure what happened to the pix of the striped dress, but it’s also easy breezy to wear. I had it in my closet for a long time, while I got down to size for it.

The one fall-ish jacket I had at the start. Had the weather cooperated, I could have worn it much more. I really like the suede.

Those shorts that you all helped me come up with tops for, and then the thermometer took a dive before I could wear them! I had them on the very first day of the challenge, with this top, but I’ve added an extra photo so you can see the basic pieces better.

Another non-challenge shot featuring shorts I wore on one of the first days, because I didn’t get a picture of them either.
