Here is the 2nd part of my mini two-week challenge to wear all of my spring appropriate tweed jackets. With the exception of the blazer, which is from last year, most of the jackets here are fairly old, in 5-10 years range. I am guessing that the navy tweed Gap moto is about 10 years old!

There is one more version of the short jacket/wide pants formula, two of utility pretty formula, two more swooshy skirt outfits, and finally, a pattern-mixed outfit inspired by the similar outfit formula Angie posted last year (added the inspiration photo at the end).

1) This work outfit (#1-2) is a grey version of the short jacket/wide pants formula, with cropped pearl grey tweed jacket, grey plaid wide pants with side yellow stripe, white tee, silver loafer/sneaker hybrids, cream coat, grey tote and floral silk scarf. I think of these shoes as sneakers but the manufacturer calls them loafers, not sure what is the correct classification. Sneakers are not allowed at work, so this was me slightly pushing the limits.

The next two outfits are variations of utility pretty where I chose the shoes to take them in the opposite directions. In the first version I went with pretty/dressy heeled shoes with dressy blazer. In the second I went the opposite way with cream combat boots, as I feel this particular jacket is very classic and needed all the possible edging-up it could get.
2) (#4) Tweed navy/cream blazer over a cream knit, cream linen cargo joggers, heeled cream/tan shoes, pewter cross body bag
3) (#5) Navy tweed jacket with cram piping and navy lace trim over leopard graphic tee, stone tencel cargo joggers, cream combat boots and cream cross body.

Then, we have two versions of short tweed moto +pleated midi skirt. In the first version I used high top sneakers again, which I am more comfortable with. In the second, I experimented with chunky loafers + textured socks look as shown on the blog post, and I'm still undecided if I like the look or not.
4) (#6-7): Cream cropped tweed moto over light blue gingham tee, light blue pleated skirt, blue plaid high top sneakers, pearl grey cross body.
5) (#8): Navy cropped tweed moto over white tee, navy houndstooth pleated skirt, navy chunky loafers with navy socks, navy cross-body.

6) Finally, here is an outfit inspired by "Pattern Mix outfit" from last year's tweed jacket formula (#10). My outfit (#9) is less adventurous than the original. The third pattern, instead of socks, is a polka dot neckerchief scarf, which I realize is completely hidden by my phone. My version is navy/white instead of black/white and has cropped pants instead of shorts. It consists of navy striped tweedy blazer/moto hybrid jacket worn over a simple cream knit, navy gingham crop kick flare pants, polka dot mini scarf and cream boots.
