I fell in love with this ensemble when Angie posted it a month ago, but the weather wasn't cooperating. It finally warmed up a little in the beginning of this week, so I used up the opportunity to put together and wear four versions of this outfit. The first two are close copies of the outfits pictured in the blog post, the second two explore different neutrals. Lots of pieces in these outfits are really old, in the 5-10 year range.
#1-2: worn on Sunday 2/28, so wearing a skirt was possible. The outfit consists of black/white striped Joe Fresh sweater, ancient UO denim pencil skirt, white pleather Express moto, Jeffrey Campbell cutout white booties, AT red suede bucket bag with tassels and nude fake fishnets. The pearls are classic chunky choker style by AT.
#3: worn on Monday 2/29. Old BR white/black striped sweater, matchy striped Express belt, TR BF jeans, ancient black leather Kenneth Cole moto ( 12 years old!), Converse Highness sneakers, burgundy Steve Madden bag with tassel closures. The pearls are a ribbon style by BR.
#4:worn on Tuesday 3/1. This was a softer grey and white look with chunky grey Target pearls. Old BR grey/white striped cowl tee, AG white skinnies, ancient grey Nordies leather moto, silver E&J booties and grey studded RM tote.
#5: worn on Wednesday 3/2. An Ink-out look with a peal bracelet. Striped navy J Crew turtleneck, Express cropped kick-flare jeans, navy tweed Gap moto, navy studded belt, navy suede SE boties and orchid tote for a pop of color.
