Deep summer is my least favorite time of year here. The heat and humidity (and conversely freezing AC at work) make it very hard to get excited about getting dressed. Nevertheless, one still has to get dressed every day, so here are some outfits from the last month or so, some more exciting than others.
-2: Pink and green and grey. I like the color palette here. The blush sneakers (new this summer) feature in a lot of these summer outfits - they're pretty ubiquitous around Boston this summer, to be honest, but I like them despite their unoriginality, lol.
 FFBO, culottes and patterned tee.
another FFBO, blush as a neutral
neutral but high contrast pattern mixing.
new Olivia Burton watch I got at NAS. I wanted a big watch and have been wearing it a lot.
 casual teal and blush
-9: trying to mix things up a bit with lightweight layering. I popped a sheer blouse with balloon sleeves under my avant-garde Allsaints sack dress and added my gladiators. Also got a long-overdue haircut!
-11: posted these already here - two outfits with my black denim skirt.
casual outfit of shorts with a loose long-sleeved blouse. I like this combo (shorts with long sleeves) and should wear it more often!
handknit silk tank, silver skirt, and gladiators
 Liberty dress with sneakers
-16: a rare, cool, rainy day, so some more substantial layering. The mesh sweater is handknit.
-18: long drapey layers. Jersey trumpet midi, long vest, and embroidered top, plus my lightweight printed bomber for indoor AC.
 dress + cardigan, a FFBO.
