WIW Sun - open house wildlife care center

We went to the local wildlife rescue open house up the road. http://www.ltwc.org/
Upper 70's to lower 80's, so shorts were perfect. It was funny, I looked at all my tanks and didn't feel the pull for any of them. Instead I wanted my drapey berry top. I have needed a new white cami and haven't found the right replacement, so it's the Yummy Tummy cami underneath for now. Not my fave, it always wants to ride up to my high waist. Have to keep it tucked to prevent creeping.
Grabbed my new fave metal plate blush sandals, and wouldn't you know it, more unpaved, dirty, rocky paths. I'm destined to live the life I do, so my shoes are just going to have to go along for the ride or I'll be forever in Birkenstocks.

Oh, I love your colors! White with berry and blush/metal! And I love the drapey top with the shorts. I'm not wearing tanks anymore except to work out in. Or sleep! Or to layer. Didn't decide to stop, just did.

Oooo, love this Mo. Berry + white, yum. I wore something similar over the weekend.

The colour of the top makes your skin glow and your eyes really pop out in all their blue loveliness. I love the white strip peeking at the top and the necklace is a perfect finishing touch.

This looks great Mo! I can relate directly with the sandals and rocky road issues. "Stylish" shoes and my real life seem to be at constant odds with each other. The wildlife open house sounds like a fun thing to do.

I totally get this, I'm always having to decide what shoes I'm willing to wear on the beach. Most the time I cop out and wear something I don't worry about ruining though.

Joy, there were bears. Pretty much always are. Yesterday was a small cub who's rear leg was in a bright orange cast. The surprise for me was a porcupine we got to pet. I had no idea we had porcupines in Tahoe!
And it's good to hear I'm not the only one who's clothing is sometimes at odds with their physical surroundings. Just have to figure in how much wear and tear I'm willing to submit my nice shoes to, I guess.
