I love it. Ponchos require movement to look good. It would look best with a video clip. The color is fabulous for you. The jeans underneath are perfect, and I love the scarf. It's hard for me to see much of your top except at the sleeves but when you move it would be more exposed. Lovely! The length is not too long at all. My first though was that you have very long looking legs and carry that look off wonderfully!
I wore my poncho yesterday also. It garnered many complements as people where I live have been very slow to jump on the poncho train! (That's a bit of a pun :-). ) Maybe I will go back and post a picture, the problem is I have to wash the top I wore first. My lunch spilled in my lap yesterday! Oops! I had to stand up quickly to get out of a little persons way when they were having a tantrum. It happens. In any case, I wore it with a light weight asymmetrical knit top, an equally light weight cascade cardigan topper, skinny cropped jeans and what might be called ballet flats for lack of a better term. The outfit was all about movement, and one of the adolescents said I was a butterfly. I think it's hard to mess up with a poncho. They are very forgiving as long as you have picked one with a good color and texture for your personal features. Mine is super warm also, more of an outdoor coverup than an indoor fashion item.
