First, I have to tell you this is out of my comfort zone indeed, but I actually like it! This is the RL knitted blazer I thrifted yesterday. I paired it with a pinstripe shirt and white jeans, red patent flats and a braided white belt. I realize now that a wider light belt is a wardrobe hole. I also added chunky plastic pearls. Boyfriend jeans would probably look good, too, but I don't own that.

My co-worker asked me where my yacht was anchored when I came to work this morning, but she meant it in a good way. She also suggested that I should look for a richer husband More important: The local Fashion Police (a.k.a my daughter, 16) spontaneously exclaimed that I looked pretty today, so there! And she is SO not into stuffed conservative looks.

Over to you: Does this work? Is the blazer ok for a thrift find? I tried a half tuck for the first time to try to make it more current and not stuffy. Did I succeed with this? I'm asking for your honest opinions, please. Thanks for reading!
