It is definitely fall here now. Here are some recent work looks for me. Our workplace is pretty casual - engineering!!
1) working from home. I usually cuff the jeans but wore them long. Definitely more leg lengthening. I liked this black and navy look but did not love it- I think it needed something bold? The knit jacket is quite casual so not sure what to add in. Boots and tee are navy, jacket is black.
2. Flares. I thought this worked well. I considered a scarf or pendant but I felt the blazer and flares were flamboyant enough. Plan to repeat quite often.
3. Crops. I had the collar removed from this leather jacket and like it more now. I tried a scarf but removed it immediately - I have subsequently added a new scarf that would have lifted this look- I like this the least and will tweak before repeating. The new scarf is black white with small red and orange accents and a very cool print so I think this will lift. Maybe black shoes rather than the camel boots? My black ankle boots are Moto style and not right
4. Culottes, tall boots, pattern mixing. This feels bold to me. I liked this despite the 16 year old calling the culottes weird. But it was suddenly hot and I melted on a walk through the park for sushi lunch. But I will repeat happily.
