I have been on the hunt for a pair of dressier culottes that are drapey and comfortable, and do not overwhelm my frame. I found these EF ones at the Bay on sale and I think they fit the bill! I love the terracotta colour and the ribbing, which adds a subtle vertical detail. They are substantial, even comfier than yoga pants but look a little more dressed up. I might shorten them a couple of inches. Wearing here with an old BR shell and a thrifted linen EF cardigan.
Also, I wanted a light, modern cardigan for summer but didn't want to break the bank. This Vero Moda one from the Bay fits the bill - breezy, open weave; balloon sleeves that are 3/4 length, so they don't overwhelm, and my favourite lilac colour but heathered, which is better for my skin, The texture has some white and specks of brown in it, which is very interesting. I would normally wear this with a more low contrast white or lilac top, but threw it on over what I had just to take a photo.
Can't do finds anymore unfortunately but I will look for the links.
