OMG. What a day I've had.
At sharp 11 am per usual my UPS guy arrived. Three Nordstrom packages. One with Estee Lauder perfume and the Lily Pulitzer gift set. One with the Kenneth Collection jacket that Liz suggested in XL- much too big. Jag jeans that Angie linked to recently in a size too small.

So instead of heading to the post office to mail back the returns: I headed to the Mall of America to Nordstrom.
I was wearing a loft shirt from last season that I did not particularly like and my American eagle distressed jeans with silver oxfords and round silver earrings. Voila I found the citron jacket in a large- perfect fit. Had tags taken off and wore it.
Then I hated the loft top with it so I bought an amber sun white tee and had the tags cut off! Then I need a belt so I bought a coral one- you got it- tags cut off and wore it. Then I hated the round earrings with the outfit- off to Ann Taylor and bought hoops that I wore.
Bought the merino wool sweater in red and blue that k can shop recently wore with great panache

It was final sale but I was very inspired by k can shop to try this item.
Wonder of wonders: Every SA in every store loved the citron jacket. The SA at jcrew was most insistent to know what brand, where I got it, etc.
I also went to h and m ( bought something for bebe and some jewelry) and j.jill ( black open cardi in XS! in black) and Nordstrom rack ( bras only).
Boy oh boy did that jacket get compliemts or what!! Thank you Liz!!!
