This was really a no brainer. I shopped my closet and came up with at least 6 combinations I could try. I didn't go anywhere this weekend (except grocery shopping) so this is as toned down as I could get.
1. Inspired by Diana's floral tee I found that I had this one already. Tea Collection tea, Gap blazer (I think it's the same one MaryK has in green), H&M BF jeans, Gold Kenneth Cole Belt, Born oxfords I dyed gold. Not uber flattering, but colorful and comfy. My 5YO daughter loved the color palette.
2. Striped Swacket Halogen, H&M baseball tee (sleeves are black), 7FAMK josefina jeans, Converse Highness (I had Fidji booties, but they were way too dressy for my day), Esprit belt, silver necklaces (kiddo names and old pendant)
I imagine this will be a useful formula for me for Casual Fridays at work and for when I need a bit of a coat but not real outerwear (please say this will be soon - it was cold again today)
