Today it’s rainy and a bit cool, so I’m excited to finally break out a jacket for our first day in NYC. Pic 1 - Debuting the upsidedownable denim jacket from Levi’s/Gary Graham. Worn with a white Lilla P wrap jersey top (sorry not pictured), AG grey jeans, white Adidas sneakers, and silver Minkoff backpack.
Last night we had a fabulously amazing dinner at Le Bernardin. I somehow scored the last reservation available within the next two weeks, so it was our big celebration splurge. My husband snapped this photo of me (pic 2) on the way there. Debuting the Zadig & Voltaire blazer, worn with silk feather print tank and AG Angel bootcut jeans, with mesh booties. Didn’t get full outfit photos, oops!
The only bad thing — on the way back to the hotel after much wine, I somehow dropped my glasses. They’re so light that it’s easy to miss them when that happens. By the time we retraced our steps and I found them (no mean feat to find them while not wearing glasses!), they were broken and missing one lens and part of the rim. Yikes. I’m glad I brought a spare pair with me. And maybe it’s the universe telling me it’s time for a new style to go with my new hair, since I’ve been feeling like they look a bit meh lately.
