lol..... it seems these days that all my girlfriends are short. They are really making me feel like an AMAZON woman.... lol

All of these outfits are great Teri. I find myself particularly drawn to pic #5, your inspiration outfit. There's a lot of visual interest with colours, stripes, and textures and yet it's not OTT. Absolutely beautiful!

I feel the same way sometimes - my one female co-worker is only 5'1" while I'm 5'6" and like to wear heels. All your outfits look great! I like how you took the main elements from the inspiration pic (red, stripes, turquoise necklace) and made them your own. The headband looks fun and I think I'll look for something similar - it's gotten quite cold here too.

You look great, Teri! I love #6 and #8 particularly. Have you considered tapering the sleeves in the striped blazer? The length and fit are superb, (go Walmart) and I thing a little tapering there, which should be easy if it's unlined, would make this look even better!

When taking pics w/friends, you should all be sitting down! Some may surprise you with how *tall* they appear! Love how you can rock heels and what great posture you have! I grew early, so I have terrible posture from trying to fit in from those days -- even though I'm barely over 5' 1" and everyone long ago shot past me in height.

I was always the tallest person in my class until the age of 15 and even then I was the tallest girl. I remember desperately wanting the guys to get taller so I wouldn't seem like a giant. It wasn't until I got older that I realized so many friends wanted to be taller, so I stopped complaining :). How tall are you, Teri?

Anyway, love ALL the outfits, especially 4 and 5. So fab!

If your friends are like me, they're thinking, "Man, I didn't know I was so SHORT until I stood next to Ms Tall and Lovely!"

Looks like folks at every "elevation" were having a great time. You look especially gorgeous in those greys (lighter and darker).

Really pretty looks, and you always have the best eyelashes on YLF!
