Hi,

Here are some recent outfits. I've been trying to take my WIW photos outside to make them more interesting and learn a little about photograph while I'm at it. It's certainly a learning curve!

#1-Boyfriend Jeans
I don't recall these boyfriend jeans being a NAS item from last year but I know I picked them up around that time. I adore these jeans.

#2-Chino Shorts
These are the same chino shorts from this thread and this outfit is a great example of why I like chino shorts so much. They dress up or down very easily. My blouse is old but I noticed that Angie's BR blouse in this post is pretty similar!

#3-Peasant Top
This top was an Angie pick from this post about summer white tops and I adore it. The lace detail is really pretty.

#4-Cargo Casual
My solution for not wearing shorts on a hot day when I want to dress really casual is cropped cargo pants.

#5-Boyfriend Jeans, Again
I own 2 pairs of cropped boyfriend jeans, these are the white one's.

All very nice. My favorite is nr. 4 - as usual, I am attracted by a dark top/white bottom outfit. Those pants are really beautiful. They look very well made and comfortable.

Sisi-Thanks! I agree the pants in #4 are very comfortable. They are from the Bass outlet and they were not made as well as I hoped. I plan to find a replacement pair next year when I prep my summer capsule wardrobe again now that I know I like this style of pant.

I'm liking your new pics, Lisa! Outfits 1 and 3 are my favorites, but it must be a lot cooler there than here. That sweater in #1 wouldn't work for me in summer.

On the other hand, I'm another who will happily wear my cowboy boots in July! Something about that style just screams summer to me, in a western context.

Tanya-Thanks! I've been trying my best to take better photos. It's not that easy, I'm running around with my poor smartphone, attached to a cheap tripod, and taking the shots myself with the timer setting. It's sort of comical to an outsider to watch me take photos, I'm sure. *laughs*

Jenn-Thanks! I'm happy to find another boot wearer in the summer time! And it's probably not too much colder by me, I'm just in a/c all the time and run cold naturally. I don't own many warm weather only pieces because I rarely get to wear them.

I always like an interesting backdrop so pretty it's like I can see things in motion you have great photos. Now my favorite was the jeans and a sweater and those cute peep-toe booties very nice but I like all of them actually but that was my favorite. No my next favorite was the cargo crop pants and the T. Nice
