Today I had my colours done! My Dad gave me some birthday money and I used it for a colour analysis.
And what am I?
A Clear Spring - which is means clarity, contrast and warmth. I already knew some of my good colours - but I discovered a few more including charcoal and a dark green, and lots of the blues. I do avoid murky colours and pastels which is the right call for me. Gold was much better than silver, it was very obvious.
I have no makeup on in the photo and my hair is overdue a colour…. The analyst did think I could go natural and lean into the ashy brown and that it would work. Food for thought.
It was fun - I enjoyed the process. I would have thought I was a warm spring but the warmest colours didn’t work so well in reality whereas the clear definitely looked sparkling. And the good news is that black is okay - it's not my best - but I can wear it. From a practical level that is good to know.
I wore this new dress - I really love it. It’s bold and clear and warm and contrasting! A clear spring dress.
