Here are a couple of outfits from spring.

#1-Floral Blazer
I rescued this floral blazer from my donate bag at the beginning of the spring season and it's been a workhorse item. This is my favorite outfit, but on my blog I show an additional FIVE ways I've worn it this spring season.

#2-Floral Scarf
This floral scarf has been in my spring capsule wardrobe for a few years now. It was sitting on the shelf until Angie's recent post on how scarves are fab for spring prompted me to wear it.

#3-Blue Crochet Cardigan
One thing I've seen a lot of lately in my area, is long sheer, printed, duster style kimono looking cardigans. I don't have one, but I do have a long crochet cardigan.

Lisa - I bookmarked your blog, as I think it could be useful to me. I like outfit one, as you can see I'm a sucker for white, which is why my favorite for the jacket was the white column. Your olive jacket looks like a real workhorse too.

I love the blazer in #1. The fit is perfect on you. I also really like the combination of the long cardigan and long necklace in #3. Really great look. It seems like you could replace the necklace with the scarf from #2 in that outfit for a different look without changing anything else.

#3 is Killer, the white jeans are sublime (you fill them out to PERFECTION), and you wear Spring scarves with the best of them. You also have gorgeous hands.

Angie-Thanks! I'll happily collect queen and princess rankings. A gal can never have too many royalty titles. And for hands, why thanks! I use Curel lotion religiously every night. In a nail salon they often comment how soft my hands are.

Rachylou-Thanks! The olive jacket is a few seasons old and still a favorite item in my closet.

Mirjana-Thanks! I've had a couple of people ask me what the story is behind the necklace, and I always have to start with, "well you see one day I walked into Walmart, and I saw this necklace, and..." It's not the exciting story people think it will be. *laughs*

Sterling-Hi! *waves* And thanks! The floral blazer became my favorite wardrobe item in my spring capsule wardrobe this year.

Aquamarine-Thanks! Yes, the blazer got very little use last season, mostly because I only wore it 1 way. But some new wardrobe additions this year helped give this blazer a LOT more use this time around.

Fab x 3! The floral blazer is beautiful on you. No wonder it's a work horse. You can do no wrong when it comes to denim and olive. Nice long cardigan too--never mastered that look so I'll just enjoy it on you. Looks terrific with that necklace.

Kellygirl-Thanks! Yes, the VC peep toes were fine right out of the box. I never got any blisters and despite being 3 inches tall isn't too tall for me. I wouldn't wear them for an 8 hour day of walking in NYC (the cushion sole is a little light on cushioning, they aren't like say a Cole Haan sole, but for my 8 hour workday they work great and can go the distance for food shopping after work with no issues). I've been debating buying a second pair in black because they are on sale. Mine are from last year.

Joy-Thanks! A great idea to pair the scarf with teal shoes. I used to have teal flats but they wore out a few years ago. Something to add to my shopping list.

Sisi-Thanks! I'm glad you liked outfit #1 and the painted nails. I can't do painted nails often because I'm allergic so I try to enjoy them as much as I can on the rare occasions when I do have polish on them.
