I wore this last weekend to a casual dinner with DH. I am working my way through Angie's list of tops to wear with bootcut jeans. First a tunic top (a previous wiw). Now a high-low top. I think next will be an asymmetrical top. I don't think I will do ruffles. But never say never.
The high low top is from Metalicus (Deborah has the same one). It is a cotton/silk knit and has long side slits. I am wearing a sheer slip thingy underneath (also by Metalicus) to cover the gap. Also wearing platform sandals from Wittner and clutch from Witchery. I didn't realise until after I took the photos that the bands of the sandals kind of match the bands of the bag. I cannot escape being matchy matchy.
