I decided to keep the Via Spiga booties after considering all your input
and especially getting Angie's thumbs up! Going full on black and
white today for a day full of in-house training sessions. The forecast
is for 90* so the outfit is summery but the footwear is my nod to the calendar.

Knit dress: Laundry via consignment
White belt: thrifted
Black cotton blazer: Halogen
White satchel: Banana Republic
Black booties: Via Spiga

What
do you think? Any naysayers won over by seeing the booties with a
narrower skirt? I'm really happy with them because they are super
comfortable and I like the style even though I know it's not everybody's
cuppa!
