For once I am actually posting an outfit worn today as opposed to the backlog I am about to attack. Confession: I am pretty nerdy (if you haven't figured that out by now ) and love giving myself silly tasks. In YLF context, lately I have been intrigued with the idea of double ensembles, that is a single outfit matching two of Angie's ensembles post. That is usually possible when one of the ensembles focuses on combining particular types of clothing items and the other one on colors. So, here, it is the most recent ensemble of Mom on the Go Ensemble: Cardigan, Jeans & Booties , with colors suggested in Ensemble: Dark Red and Light Blue .

The MOTG outfit was perfect for today's PT appointment. However, I failed to check the weather forecast, we are having lots of rain this afternoon; so perforated cutout suede booties and white jeans were bad, bad idea. Live and learn I guess.

The outfit consists of dark red JCrew merino cardi, aqua tee, J Brand white BF jeans, white scarf and belt, and cognac booties and bag. As always, all the comments and suggestions are welcome.
