Hello ladies, here is quick drop-in WIW from me. Life is still very hectic, though I hope it will quiet down by the end of the month. In the meantime, today is a gorgeous sunny day that I decided to take off from everything and just go outside walk and run small errands.

I wanted to wear a skirt to show of my (fake) tan, as I am tanned very rarely - this one is a consequence of attending a small dance competition yesterday, one always has to tan for those. So I grabbed this very old dark denim skirt with a front slit and little kick - not quite the trendy button front A-line skirt that is trending these days but hopefully with a somewhat similar vibe. I also wanted to wear my cognac cutout booties, as they are the rare animal that actually fits my super skinny ankles. When pondering on the top half, I remembered the Friday ensemble post and that, for some inexplicable reason, I own a mustard cami - mustard is absolutely horrible color on me. I let it peak under my ink top which I really love - it does not photograph well, but it is asymmetric, drape-y, and made of mixed panels of rayon and silk. I semi-tucked the top to show of the leopard calf hair belt and finished the outfit with a ink/cognac satchel.

In the reality this is more of an ink/cognac outfit with a touch of mustard but I think it fits the ensemble theme. As always, all the feedback is welcome! I really miss the forum and can't wait for my schedule to stabilize a little so that I can go back to participating more.
