I'm wearing my jeans deeply cuffed right now instead of letting them crunch up over my boots (which is how I wore them for years) or tucked in ( eh...no) . I haven't been wearing cropped flares or kick flares this winter as the silhouette seems to feel better on me in spring and fall when there are no horizontal weighted coat lines or less visual heaviness up top. A strictly personal thing. Anyways, these jeans are less dramatically cuffed than my others as they were shorter to begin with (not paying attention when I bought them) but I still enjoy the actual full cuff rather than a casual roll. Worn today with a Lululemon fitted hoodie in a stretch wool blend, Hibou distressed suede boots, ancient fur/shearling jacket, and my mom's vintage pearl earrings (which I have changed my mind on how to wear and now LOVE ). This is more casual than I'd dress for work normally, but the day was kind of easy and loose. An asymmetrical top would be great too - as per Angie's recommendation, but I don't really have one in a winter weight. Thanks for looking - and always interested in thoughts, comments, jokes etc. Especially on this whole crop flares, nude vs dark sock thing. (I'm in black trouser socks; not sure about
nude knee hi's for winter here ).
