Well the weather finally changed to fall a couple of weeks ago and I’ve had to remind myself to wear the carefully chosen items and long-planned outfits! Especially as our transitional season is so short, it requires some conscious effort to make sure I wear the clothes.
And it paid off as I got stopped in the business district underground shopping/eating mall to be complimented on this outfit by a lovely young woman. Thank goddess as there’s nobody at the office to admire me (it’s an unfortunate function of my job that the office with people is suburban and not very stylish, and the downtown office with access to good food and shopping is generally empty. Thus in terms of workwear I very much dress for myself so it’s nice to get some feedback!). Grateful as well for ylf feedback when I was contemplating these items.
