So The Cut has been hitting me with lots of style relevant articles lately. (I have already added a couple to Inge's thread.) They just published this essay about The RealReal https://www.thecut.com/2022/08.....-mess.html. Anyhow I found it very amusing, especially the part about them mismarking shoes as I have a saved item with almost exactly that problem (listed size conflicts with the size clearly marked on the sole in the picture). That said, I have had overall good experiences with TRR including this latest trip where I sent in a few items to sell.

Anyway, back to the thrift store. I feel a style shift coming on and have started experimenting with some new to me ideas.
1. Tried and true summer look for me. Long shorts, chunky sandals, printed cotton top, crossbody bag, big earrings.
2. All black and a t-shirt! With red sandals that have been in my closet for at least 10 years but have not been worn in a while. I generally don't wear t-shirts out of the house but decided to try.
3. Bright green earrings out of the blue. I have posted these earrings before, but have generally worn them with other green in my outfit.
4. All lilac! I recently bought this second hand purplish bag and realized I could do monochrome lilac (or is it lavender?). The silver docs were a lucky thrift find.
So, I did say style shift not radical departure. What do you think? Do you see anything that just seems wrong? Do see the murmurings of a shift at all?
Any and all comments appreciated!
