Cee, I'll bet some Grandpa cardigans still have that! In this case the pilling is more on the arms. Or where my bag is...as per Jessikams. I use my fancy de-piller and it helps a little -- but so much work for so little reward, LOL.
Thank you, Inge -- and Angie, Rachy, Bella, Brooklyn, Bijou, Shevia, JAileen, Sarah DB, Cardiff Girl, Phoebe, Sal, Joy, Kelly, LisaP. And anyone I might have missed!
Re the scarf, Unfrumped, one "culling" and "choosing" method that has mostly worked for me -- scarves that have a bit of white or light grey in the pattern are a slam dunk for me as a rule. If there is no light neutral that works with my hair, then it should be a fantastic colour for me. So I do own a few scarves without white bits but they are in my best reds/ pinks/ magenta/ fuchsia tones.
Jenni, ha ha - I have the marvellous afternoon light to thank for that photo~~ it was exactly the way they say you are supposed to have it for a Zoom meeting, except how I could set my computer up to catch that light is, well, a technological mystery!
Sheryl and Roxanna and Angie -- thanks for those tips. CM does have a lovely cashmere cardi this year, but I checked it out in person and it is quite thin, so I don't think it would wear well.
