syc: day 2: revisiting the 'slouchy' harem!

I like these pants because they are so warm weather friendly and although not my slimmest silhouette ..I think I like 'em!

And I really woke up and wore this outfit ( not a sartorialist copy!)

but I then bent to tie bebe's shoe laces and heard a ripping noise. So I had to wait to have the pants repaired this afternoon and then take some pics!!

I also tried it with different length tops but think I prefer a shorter volume on volume look the best?

I think they look great. I would love a pair of slouchy pants that don't make me look poochy to boot. Yours look just right (true - not slimming, but definitely not adding bulk to you) with the white top and wedges. Summer cool. Add some colorful jewelry (or not)

Like Shannon, I'd like to see a semi tuck with the orange top - or perhaps the black printed blouse you wore with it in the first round. How do you feel about that?

Hi Sona I'm with Angie & Shannon. The trousers are a great look on you as you have styled them but the fabulosity could be increased with a half tuck shirt.

Awesome trousers Sona, I like them with the white shirt and heels! I agree with you that shorter/tucked/semi-tucked is the way to go, or you lose a lot of the intentional slouch.
