I always enjoy seeing what you are up to and it's so nice to see the photos of you and Jo modeling your recent additions. Your hair always looks great but I know you like a change once in awhile and those inspiration photos are super. I'm sure you will be an ideal patient and be on the road to recovery in no time at all.

Good luck with the PT, Angie, and I hope you heal fast soon!!!

You stole my hair inspiration photo, LOL! But I'm trying to go from longer back to shorter. It's been 5 years since we moved and I still haven't found a hairdresser I like. My last cut was a disaster because she did the razor thing---- which makes my hair frizz all over. Ugh. And it seems no hairdresser believes me when I say "cut it shorter"-- they all want to keep it longer than what I know actually works for me. So frustrating.

Fun new hair direction! And the new glasses frames are super fun, too. You have my sympathy on the shoulder issues, Angie. I'm glad you got the troubles diagnosed and are on the path to recovery.

Your hair inspo photos reminded me of Shiny; guess her comments above show I was right!

I think it helps that you know the source of your arm/shoulder pain, so hopefully PT will do the trick.

Love your tops, but Jo really steals the show. . .

So sorry about your shoulder but at least you have identified the problem and can get to work on it. Is it hard to type? That would drive me crazy!
On the other hand, excellent new glasses and gorgeous on you new sweater! DH has workstation glasses and multi-focal glasses for distance and reading. It really helps him a lot.
Finally hair project - fun! Can't wait to see how it goes!

Oh, and I can't believe I forgot to mention Jo. Good grief, what a cute little style icon!

Love the hair look plan and the plaid shirt. Yum. You look terrific.

I hope your shoulder gets better soon.

Jo in the denim jacket is beyond FABULOUS!!!

Sorry to hear about your arm and hope it heals for you. You look amazing too, that beetroot shirt is gorgeous on you.

Love those blue specs so much!

Jo is killing me in her tiny jacket squeeeeeee

As a fellow pixie haircut person I look forward to following your hair project! The patience you will apply to growing out your hair a bit, will also be needed for your shoulder (it’s taken me many months for my rotator cuff issue to subside -a mixture of rest and yoga has been invaluable).

Who is the pretty woman in the hair photos? I feel I should know, but can’t think. That will be pretty on you.
Jo is cute!
And so sorry about your shoulder. Can vouch for physio working- I had a recurrent dislocation in 2007 and then a brace for 6 weeks to keep it in. Lots of physio after that. Full return of function.

Sorry for your shoulder injuries-please take your time to heal 100%! Jo is so cute in her denim jacket-want to eat her- and love your new things, all colorful and soo you including that plaid shirt-wow! Are the new light blue (a fab new color for us blondes!) specs the same like the red you own already- think yes, and love that shape for you! Can't wait to see you sporting both your new specs- especially the other one in transparent pastels- that will be some completely new feel as will make less contrast on your face -and I am also considering this look for new frames---curious how you will like IRL.

Angie, I am sorry to hear about your shoulder. I hope your physical therapy helps. Additionally, I hope they teach you which movements and exercises to avoid to prevent worsening problems.

I adore your new specs! As an eyeglass frame collector I enjoy changing mine with my outfit and mood. Computer/reading glasses have made remote work days much easier. However, I forget to switch between my computer/reading glasses and my distance frames (which are progressives) when I get up and walk around. I may need some Croakies!?!

BR has some nice items this season. I love the colors of the plaid top for you. The turtleneck looks cheerful and cozy.

The plan for you hair looks perfect for you. Is that Jenna Elfman?

That cut is going to suit you and your new specs are fun, nice update. Jo is adorable in her daisy embellished denim jacket SO CUTE! Love the color of the plaid shirt.

Thank you all for the very kind words! Jo says thank you too

The hair pics are of actress Jenna Elfman.

I'm excited about growing my hair a bit, and my new specs!

I appreciate hearing your own success stories with shoulders and PT. I did a year of it after I fell on my back two years ago, and it REALLY helped. I am a firm believer in the right PT!

Typing is fine, but other movements and sleeping are problematic. I am very tired. I think the universe is forcing me to rest. I don’t take breaks and go, go, go. I am going to rest more this year. I need to heal my shoulder so that I can go, go, go again

On that note, I’m off to do PT exercises!

Angie, you have had an emotionally draining past year — that takes a toll on one physically as well. Your body is indeed giving you signals to take it easy. Please take good care of yourself! ❤️

I love love love the reds and burgundies and the new specs look very exciting! Also, I envy how marvelous your hair looks, even in the grow-out transition (mine is always a Hermione Granger mop until it 'arrives').

I'm sorry to hear about your shoulder, and I hope you get some good relief and healing very soon!

Sorry to hear about the shoulder pain. I had a frozen shoulder years ago that was very painful and also made sleeping difficult - it went away with PT and time so here's hoping your PT is a success!

Love the hair ideas! I think it will look fab on you, a little softer than the shorter pixie. A change can feel so good!

Beautiful Angie! So sorry about the arm though ... take good care xoxo

Between your happy smiles and your bright colors, one would never know you were dealing with chronic pain. I'm glad to hear you have a diagnosis and that PT should sort it out.

The hair project sounds fun, and at those lengths, it shouldn't take all that long to see the results!

Sorry to hear about the shoulder.Much sympathy. It’s so disabling not being able to use ones arm properly isn’t it.Slow and steady with the PT and try not to overdo it in the rush to get better tempting though this is.
I am all for abit more hair so go for it .Red is a great colour on you.

Angie, it's so good to get your update and to see you!

Several years ago I had rotator cuff issues from pulling my heavy bags behind me and lifting them up into the overhead compartment so I know exactly where you are hurting. Good news, it completely healed with PT, time, and simple adjustments like pulling my bag behind me with the back of my hand facing forward....I used to do it the other way and it totally torques the shoulder! Also I got 4 wheel rollers instead of 2. And asked for help with the lifting when there was a willing helper nearby. Wishing you speedy recovery. You are a dream patient with your dedication to the process.

Jo is the cutest.

love the hair inspiration. Cant wait to see your final “project.
Glad you find your new red sweater. And those blue glasses,TDF, and the pink are pretty special as well.

hoping the the PT works wonders for you and that you are pain free soon.

@ Angie - talk to your PT about ‘pillowing’ techniques for your shoulder. There are ways to take pressure off the shoulder (no matter the position you prefer for sleep) that will alleviate some of the discomfort and allow you to get some rest.

Angie I love your inspiration photos. I can’t wait until you get your new glasses. Jo looks wonderful in denim.

Take care of yourself. PT can work wonders for shoulders.

Angie I hope your arm heals. I had left shoulder pain for an entire year due to improper flu shot injection technique. It created bursitis and I have permanent damage (hardly as flexible as I used to be) but the pain is gone through just biding my time. The body heals on its own if you give it time. I was turned down for physical therapy for this issue I have no idea why but I am testament that time is the healer so even if you don't do your PT perfectly, time is on your side because you are still a lot younger than me. This is me trying to give you encouragement.

You look fabulous and no more than 29 years old and your hair style idea is going to look amazing.

I hope the PT will achieve good results. It's so difficult to be restricted when you're an active person!

If you're still feeling the tomato, I came across this coat that doesn't seem to want to add itself to finds <https://www.asos.com/us/french.....n-red/prd/>

The BR turtleneck is an exact match for your specs! Love the red on you!

I am so sorry to hear about your shoulder. I had a very similar injures, which did not require surgery, and did respond well to and heal with PT. Patience, of course is the key.
Your new glasses are fabulous and I think your hair project is going to look ultra fabulous on you!
Oh. My. Word! Jo in her vest! Adorable!
