Hello ladies,
I couldn't resist posting an outfit based on today's ensemble as my favorite ensemble posts are the ones that combine items already in the closet in a new and unexpected way.
I have a bunch of plaid shirts and will be playing with different versions, but for beginning went with the simplest neutral version shown on the right of the ensemble post. I added a tweedy hat as an extra equestrian touch,but the outfit also includes a few subtly edgy details to make it more me ( zippers on the jeans, studded black belt, leather on the navy peacoat). As always, all the comments are welcome!
The outfit consists of:
1. Black merino turtleneck - Gap (Fall 2014)
2. Plaid flannel shirt - BR (Fall 2014)
3. Grey zippered skinnies - Paige Premium (Summer 2013)
4. Navy.black leather mixed media peacoat - La Maison (Winter 2014)
5. Black riding boots - Sudini(Winter 2008!)
6. Black/white satchel - BR (Winter 2014)
7. Studded black belt - Steve Madden (Summer 2013)
8. Mixed media watch - Marc by Marc Jacobs (Summer 2014)
9. Tweed newsboy hat -H&M ( at least 7 years old)
