New OTK, skirt, shorts, bag + question (refreshing f/w wardrobe)

I've refreshed my f/w wardrobe quite a bit with blue suede OTK boots, navy shorts with front buttons, merlot leather skirt and a taupe bag (Bata). The bag is larger than it looks (I can even fit my lunch box!) and has a shoulder strap. It's the same colour as the tall boots (Bata) I also got.

I have a question about the length of the shorts. Do you think I should let the hem down a bit or is the length right as is?

Peter Pan collars were trending a few year ago and I passed on it because I felt dainty and juvenile in that style. It seems I just had to get the right piece - a soft "t-shirty" blouse I can layer under almost anything - and ajust the styling. Now, I'll be stocking on this "t-shirt blouse" every season.

Good to know the PSL (Perfect Shots Length) is where it should be! The OTK boots are actually more of a soft mid tone blue, but it's so hard to get the colour right in the pic. Navy feels refreshing. I'll look for midnight blue and navy as an alternative for my usual black.
