As promised I devoted my weekend to this Ensemble. I could have made a dozen combinations from my closet, but settled on these (not exciting, but they got the job done). I actually have 2 plaid shirts in light blue and red (finds) but one was in the wash.
1-2 Please excuse bad hair) White jeans - Gap, Sweater - J Crew (finds), Belt -can't remember, plaid shirt LL Bean, shoes - Converse Hi-ness, puffer - Lands End. Worked great for swim lesson run, shopping etc.. I accidentally put on my cropped pair of jeans. I just went with it even though it may give Angie palpitations.l Kind of a faux full length when standing. I just was too rushed to change into the other pair.
3. Admittedly I wore this last week, but with my red puffer it kinda counts - sweater Halogen, (ivory), belt JCrew (finds), jeans H&M, Hunter Rainboots. If we'd gotten the rain or snow they promised I'd have worn this today.
4. Today - jeans - J Crew, belt Landsend (went metallic instead of white), sweater Banana Republic, necklace - J Crew, booties Ivanka Trump (finds)
Bag - found yesterday shopping and still considering.
Pros - love the tomato red color, shape, size all good. Rebecca Minkoff nice quality. I think it was mismarked as it had been $199 and I purchased on clearance for $69. Am I blinded by the sale price or will this work? I have a very similar bag (Boden) in Navy. I do not have a tomato red bag (only a colorblock one that has tomato red in it).
Thoughts on bag keeping? If I don't keep it would anyone want it at this price?
