Got up at 5:30 my time, 3:30 Seattle time. Lots of coffee! I was able to order the Hinge victoriana jacket with no problem, even though they'd said it was sold out when Kristen and I hit the presale. Also picked up some of Angie's recommendations, especially tunic tops, which are always hard for me to find. Oh and hubby and sons also scored with work shirts and Adidas wear.

The only item I couldn't order was the MK zipper belt, sold out in S.

How did everyone else do? Were you able to order your top picks? Let's hear it!

I had a feeling about that zipper belt, Laura. I (like everyone else!) also wanted it, but we'll have to keep checking in case people make returns.

I'm trying to save money now and I feel like I have enough clothes, so I just got an accessory. Actually, I've gotten an accessory every year at NAS, so now it's kind of a tradition.

Patience bought those last ones while I was with her at the Pre-Selection, and they are really perfect as far as length, and have just enough looseness to give a harem pants feel, without going all out. Shorter gals, these would be great for you.

Unless some of this stuff is still available at the end of the sale when I get paid again, I'll be taking a pass. I'm okay with that though.

I tried to order the Hinge Crop tweed jacket in red this morning but it was sold out. I ordered the Halogen crop collarless jacket instead and am hoping this style is strong shouldered enough for a pretty pear. I also ordered a pair of PJ salvage pajama's, the Halogen® Merino Wool Boyfriend Cardigan in cobalt blue (I hope it's not too long) and a Chantelle bra to try out. I need to go hide my credit card now.

ANA! That ring is stunning! It's like a work of art for your hand. I have never seen anything like it. The beauty of that, is that you'll have it forever. Clothes won't last that long.
I already had preselected a few weeks ago, but hadn't gotten a handbag like I wanted. I saw one I wanted, but the price just seemed so steep to me (most of my bags are under $20 except for one, if that tells you anything). I didn't love any of the lesser expensive ones, so I just passed.
Except I got rear-ended again and am using that settlement money for the bag. Which I did get to order this morning.

Kate, I got the skirt in bronze olive at my preselection. It fit like a glove! I wanted the purple, but my wise shopper told me that it would serve the same function as the myriad of black pencil skirts I already have.
I plan on wearing it with brown booties and an ink blue silk top, as well as a black and cream check silk top. It's really versatile, way more than I initially gave it credit for.

I'd like to add some more skinny jeans to my wardrobe without breaking the bank, so I ordered a pair of the Kut from the Kloth skinnies. I also need a pair of boots to replace a pair of black suede knee-high Sofft boots I've worn for several years. Suede in Wisconsin during the winter is NOT a good idea (now I know), so this time around I'm going for leather and trying the Born boots (in grey) that Angie linked to in her post. I'd like a pair of flat boots, though, too, to wear with my other jeans (i.e. the jeans that have been hemmed for flats), so perhaps I'll be ordering again.

I'm a failure. I stayed up, looked around, put a few things in my cart (including the now sold-out online MK belt in black) then lost steam and went to sleep. BOO...I will see what there is in stores I guess, but am feeling some pressure to order some items online in case they don't have them!

What a great sale! A lot of the dresses I wanted were sold out in my size and the riding jacket was too big but I found enough other items to buy. I got the Halogen pencil pants (black), the shearling Uggs, and the Vince Camuto "Avo" booties from Angie's list. I got a white fitted shirt, a long sleeved tee in charcoal, Jag denim leggings (not on sale but a perfect fit), and an anorak that reverses from purple to black. I also got my son his jeans and a tee and a pair of shorts for golf. We are happy, happy, happy!

Rosie - I won't be running a marathon in the VCs but they are so cool! I think I could make it through a 4 hour party. And they are cute with jeans, leggings, and a dress if I wear black tights and the hem is a few inches above the knee. Just looking at them makes me smile!

I haven't ordered a thing yet, but want the following:
Two of the tunics in Angie's plus-size section -- the red Kenneth Cole one and the white foxcroft one. I just wish there were more at mid-thigh lenths!!
The Halogen chanel-esque jacket. Could someone be lovely and tell me what the chain trim looks like? I can't picture it, but Angie is insisting I buy it, so who am I to refuse?
I really really wanted a white or cream leather jacket, and there are none to be found, but I'm wondering if the guess one in purple may be worth it?
The Halogen seamed skirt will fill my need for a basic black pencil skirt.
I also need a good-quality woven boyfriend jacket (the knit one I have is showing signs of wear)
I also really want a great winter bag, but don't even know where to start.

I desperately wanted a winter dress, a cropped denim jacket and a pair of black cigarette pants, but there don't appear to be any viable options in my size. However there's already too much loot to decide upon, so maybe it's a good thing!

The chain trim on the Halogen jacket is very demure. It's a thin silver tone chain that circles the cuff and goes around the neck and down the front of the jacket. It's really just a trim like would be done with a row of piping. I didn't even notice it until I zoomed in on the picture.

Aw thanks Michelle. I actually enjoy it- it's like figuring out a puzzle. Maybe I missed my calling, and I should have written copy for a mail order catalog? LOL The fringe is also done like a decoration treatment along one side of the chain on the cuffs/neckline/front and also on the bottom of the flap of the pocket. It's all in the same colors as the jacket, so it's very subtle (as opposed to some Chanel style jackets where the trims are a contrasting color).

The fringe is nearly as minimal as the chain detailing, and it follows the same lines as the chain and is also under the little chest pockets.
The jacket is amazing, Michelle. I do hope you get it. It goes with your style so well and I can see you wear it with a black dress and pearls, or with jeans and pearls.

I'm bummed- the one thing that I really wanted is almost sold out online (one size left- and not one that I can wear). I'm hoping to get to a store tomorrow, but the money that I thought I had saved has disappeared.

Michelle, I think the Guess Purple leather jacket is gorgeous.
Personally, I prefer the Kenneth Cole tunic (which color are you getting?) but the Foxcroft looks nice, too.

Sarah you're so funny! Shorts- I call those cellulite highliters! It was the anorak jacket in the BP section. Rosie has been kind enough to look for it as well. Between the two of us we will probably find it. (and if not, maybe it isn't meant to be!)
