Renee, I tried both yesterday. Halogen is longer than the Hinge and it has a different vibe. I was attracted to Hinge more as it is more cheeky and Halogen is more classic. However I would not buy both for myself as they are pretty similar in style.
If you can I think the best is order both, try them on and select which one "speaks" to you.

I have just come back form NAS. As I have suspected, they did not have any of my 3 wish items left in my size - I saw them all in person, and they are every bit as lovely as I they looked in the catalog, but the only sizes left were Ls and XLs. I fell in love with SW OTK boots, the leather is soo soft, but they are too pricey for me. I also fell in love with couple of similarly highly priced clothing items. At the end I came home with 4 pairs of Oroblu fishnets ( 2 nude, 2 black), 4 Calvin Klein bras ( again 2 nude, 2 black), and the turquoise glass necklace from the YLF store.
