It cooled off today (high of 47) so it’s definitely more of a cool spring day, but the weather remains dry for another day so I thought I’d break out a favorite dark green item that sadly gets little wear because of a short wearing season — these suede Freda Salvador oxfords. I paired them with a simple moto jeans and sweater outfit (soft black moto pants from Peruvian Connection, heathered white/off-white sweater from Rag & Bone.
I added a silk scarf that my husband gave me when we were dating 20 years ago — it has that charcoal-ish color from the pants and some forest green, as well as shades of rust and coral. I’m giving a zoom presentation later so this will be good for that occasion.
If I’d actually left the house other than for a hike, I would have added the dark green/teal Rebecca Minkoff wool moto jacket. But I ended up on some phone calls and work that kept me at home, so no one saw this outfit except my husband...and now you!
Oh, and bonus Woody photobomb. He slobbered on me too, as you can see in one picture. See now why I won’t wear nice stuff that needs dry cleaning at home? LOL
Happy Monday, all.
