Oh yeah, I'm with Ledonna and minimalist on Team No-Skinny-Jeans. I've tried multiple times, but they always get culled. Too many fit issues. I can get a skinny-ish look by sizing down in some straight leg cuts, because my calves are disproportionate to my hips/thighs, all of which are disproportionate to my waist. Skinnies can look fine on others, though I do see them poorly styled on such a regular basis it's hard for me to get excited about them.
I thrifted a shirt with a ruffled collar once; you can see it in photo #1 here: https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....-622-30x30
Clearly it no longer has ruffles, because I chopped the whole collar off. I always intended to sew some different kind of collar on it, but after a few times through the wash, the raw frayed edge started to look pretty good, so I've kept it.
I have an off-the-shoulder top -- another thrift store hack job. Mostly I like it as a beach cover-up, because it has no neckline to interfere with haltertops or racerbacks. But I'm certainly not opposed to off-the-shoulder. Cold shoulder just looks to me like it's trying a bit too hard. I've only seen a few in my neck of the woods, and they're always very body-con, and either black or almost-neon, so give off a sort of 80s vibe... Not really where I'm at right now. Ten years ago, I might have been all over those.
Diana -- I *wish* I loved bermuda length shorts on myself, but I can never get the proper breezy/slouchy look that I want out of them. Mid-thigh seems to work better for my proportions.
To answer the OP: the only thing I really dislike in an absolute sense is heavy branding, ginormous logos, etc. Doesn't matter if it's YSL or Nike, high end or low end, I won't wear it, don't enjoy it on others. Otherwise, I keep a pretty open mind. Everything looks good on someone.
