I haven’t posted for a while and have been participating in YLF only sporadically lately. I have some health problems that have been very challenging for me. It’s also a challenging time for my part of the world - drought, raging bushfires and almost constant smoke haze. Hopefully better times are coming in 2020.
I’m starting 2020 on an optimistic note by posting some outfits. These were worn to casual social events in the lead up to Xmas and over the Xmas/New Year holidays. Pic 11 is WIW for Xmas lunch at home.
My current favourite outfit formula is patterned midi skirt + plain knit top + flat sandals. The midi skirt gives me ventilation and a decent amount of sun protection. The flat shoes are comfortable and make me feel relaxed and bohemian in the heat. And I always enjoy the soft, soothing feel of knitwear against my skin.
Lots of outfits here, but I think you will see the pattern emerging (pun intended).
