On one hand it was so nice to be able to dress from the whole closet instead of dressing from a suitcase in Paris. Being able to wear a different item of outerwear each day is a real treat!
On another hand I think that dressing out of suitcase affected my dressing skills and I have been struggling a bit this week (waving to Rae!:-)
It also did not help that I got some nasty virus after coming back and really did not feel my best.
Anyway the game is the game and I am posting my weekly WIW as usual:
pic 1-2: I missed my caramel trench while I was in Paris so it was the first piece of outerwear I wore this week. The emerald riding jacket is new (courtesy my mom) and silk polka dot scarf is new too (from Paris!) Fearless pattern mixing here: animal print, polka dot and stripes!
pic 3: felt sick so here is a FFBO outfit with MK tunic from Chicago meetup, Gap leans and Franco Sarto boots.
pic 4-5: Dress day! Tahari black sheath and my new leopard blouse from Chicago. Catching a chance to wear my red cape: this is the first time I wore it with the dress instead of jeans o trousers, I hope it worked...
pic. 6-7: wearing my Express Editors for the first time. I was in a hurry to take the pictures before friends came to dinner tonight so sorry for the goofy tied scarf: it looked better during the day Also featuring my new Trotters grey wedge pumps for the first time.
