Hi Jasmine! I'm not Angie, but I have the answer to your question! To upload photos, you'll need to be at the "Active Member" level of involvement.

Specifically, you need to fulfill the following two criteria:

Be a member for at least 3 days
Write 3 posts or replies in the forum

You can learn more about member levels here and more about uploading photos here. For future reference, both those FAQs can be found by clicking "About" in the website footer. While you're waiting, you also might find this list of common forum acronyms there useful.
