In the spirit of trying to wear all of my clothes, and not just my favourites or what is easiest, these two looks made an appearance this week. I used to be a lot sharper and dressier , even on my non-working days, and would have worn a blazer and dressier jeans , but something about the ease of a cardigan is sucking motivation out of me to wear my blazers, shoes, nicer tops etc. Both of these outfits were worn for basic running around with stops at the garden centre, grocery store, etc etc. I also dipped in to my local fav boutique to check out the Fall Fly London collection for some spending pre-planning. I don't love cropped high waist jeans, never have and probably never will as I don't
find them flattering on anyone, to be honest. But - I own them, and they do show off footwear well, so I'm wearing them. I'm just not a trendy denim person and need to trust my instincts about what flatters my body and what doesn't.

Also - please trust that my head is not really this big and that I don't walk around with sagging , resting B face. At least I hope I don't. I'm quite sure it's the camera angle . In reality I have a little head and face - according to my hairstylist

And no lipstick, which I really miss, as I feel it gives life to my face, but masks are now mandatory everywhere here. So.....fall nails for my own entertainment instead
