Fabulous. I love the necklace and the taupe booties with it. And your hair looks wonderful.
I am with the others in thinking that any greys could work and navies. Also, consider patterned footwear if you have any. I know for winter that can be an issue. But for fall, before the snow flies, we do still have options.
I haven't worn my dress yet -- for me it is a "dressy" dress, not a work dress (considering I work on my bed, and now, in a dusty classroom as well.) It might be a "giving presentation" dress, though.
Anyway, I haven't actually pulled it out and tried to style it with a ton of things, but so far, my thoughts for pairing it are my pony print Okalas and gold Okalas (while it is still warm enough); taupe cage sandals and black sandal booties (again, while it remains warm enough); burgundy pumps (maybe -- they're a bit ladylike/ staid); ink booties; cranberry booties (maybe -- not sure the colours will work); black booties (maybe -- might be wrong style); grey casual booties; grey dressy suede heeled boots (in winter); bronze shooties (a good dressy winter look, maybe); light taupe/tan casual knee hight flat Western inspired boots (in fall, maybe, if they work).
