Lovely people, how can I even begin to say I am very very surprised the outfits got such warm reception. I did find them worthy of posting, although it's *just* cardigans. But true - I love them, I think they love me back, and I used the opportunities to have fun when getting dressing. But now, I LOVE them EVEN MORE and I will recycle them over and over, for sure.
Thank you, thank you.
It's nice to see how much love red color gets, it reminds me of my very first WIW thread. It's Fast Fallback detail I'll always use if I can't think of anything else to style an outfit. It nice to get your confirmation it looks good
As for the new camera, it's not late for my Santa, but he also knows that when it comes to gadgets, he wouldn't pop just any in, without letting me analyze, compare, read reviews, analyze a bit more and choose myself, and all this takes time...
@tracina, Amy, Shannon, Sveta, shevia,
@Lisa, red+gray is a new combination to me as well, post YLF. It's much softer than red+black and I can absolutely relate to when I feel like wearing one as opposed to another combination depending on my mood.
@Angie I like your phrasing: get-on-with-it outfit. Very B-cycle.
@Vicky, and Inge again, thanks for the love for the second outfit. As simple as it was, I did feel special in it and I'm glad the vibe comes across. This cardigan was quite a turning point in my wardrobe Adding two more photos form the "photoshoot".
@pil, thanks, for me there are cardigans and then there are cardigans: some instantly make me feel frumpy and some work. During my time here I have learnt which ones to discard without second thought and which ones deserve to be considered. And this style seems to work for me the best.
@Suz, thanks, the photo does not show the chunky pattern on the scarf, which I think makes it even more interesting. My friend is a sweetie
@Day Vies, I hope to see your take on grey+red soon. Thank you for the sweet and enthusiastic comment.
@Mandipa, sweet of you to ask, and it's OK. I figure once we post here, it is out in the open anyway. Thank you.
@Denise, flowy interesting topper over sleek bottom line, now where did I see that I wonder My camera is unfortunately beyond spontaneous recovery, the lens has been jolted from its place and it's a rather big mechanical failure.
