When Angie wrote about camouflage patterns this week here there were many strong, and mostly negative, feelings about the look.
I shopped on impulse last week at Zara, at The Grove, and bought the same pair Kat received as a gift. As Fern said in Angie's blog and Kat agreed, I think I initially liked them because they didn't scream camo, but whispered abstract to me. I guess the inner tension of being a pacifist and wearing it (fighting for peace in the world) is one quirky way of looking at.
Upon reflection, this may just be too young for me and that's why I'm leaning toward returning it. Here are photos with various tops; please forgive the lack of true styling as I was on the go and didn't want to make too many shoe/boot changes.
As I think more on this, it may be better for me to go for the broken-in straight khakis that Angie showed here GAP
It's a bit pic-heavy, so click quickly. I can take the criticism, and your honesty is welcome.
